The Sorry singer had resolved to quit smoking in the new year but it seems he's back to his old ways already

It seems Justin Bieber is just as bad at keeping resolutions as the rest of us.
The 21-year-old was back to his bad boy ways when he stopped off for a cheeky smoke on Monday – just a month after vowing to give up the fags for good.

According to reports, the star stopped off at a Target retail store to stock up on Nerf water guns –
we'd love to be part of that party.
And before heading to the studio in Los Angeles, the star stopped to light a cigarette

What happened to that New Year's resolution Justin?

"I'm going to quit smoking, I'm gonna do it. It’s not healthy," the Grammy nominee told The Bert Show in January.
"That’s why…I just don’t want to be someone who people are like, 'He’s smoking, he’s a bad person.'"
However, it seems the Never Say Never hitmaker gave himself a free pass when he added: "But once again, it’s my journey."

Dressed down in white denim shorts and a black hoodie, which was rolled up to reveal his tattoos, the star looked relaxed as he climbed out of the car to light up.

The singer, who recently knocked his own song off the number one spot , hid his platinum blonde locks beneath a red cap.
Justin is surely hard at work following the massive success of his recent album Sorry.

The Canadian singer's career is hitting new heights after he made his big comeback last year, and now it seems the only person who can beat him is himself.
Sorry has been topping the US Billboard Hot 100 chart for the last three weeks and although it's slipped down to number two, Justin won't be losing any sleep over losing the top spot.
He has earned the rare honour of replacing HIMSELF at the top of the list, with his new single Love Yourself moving up to earn the star another coveted Number 1 single.
But despite slipping down the charts, it seems Sorry will still be hitting headlines, especially considering the fantastic fan copies that have caused a bit of a social media meltdown recently.
