Hurricane Maria: Live updates as Dominica 'obliterated' by winds up to 160mph

The island of Dominica has suffered "widespread devastation" as Hurricane Maria wreaks havoc in the Caribbean.
Dominica Prime Minister Roosevelt Skerrit gave a heartbreaking statement this morning after the roof to his own residence suffered severe damage.
The island has a population of 75,000 but with dawn yet to break there has been no reports on fatalities.
"Initial reports are of widespread devastation," he wrote.
"So far we have lost all what money can buy and replace.
"So far the winds have swept away the roofs of almost every person I have spoken to or otherwise made contact with."
With winds of up to 160mph, Maria is set to bring more misery to a region still coming to terms with the carnage left by Hurricane Irma as the British and US Virgin Islands, St Kitts & Nevis, Montserrat and Puerto Rico prepare.
The Hurricane was assessed as a Category 5 storm overnight but the US National Hurricane Centre says this morning winds have decreased slightly, making it a Category 4.
However, it was expected to remain dangerous and in the 4 to 5 range.
A former British colony, the island remains part of the Commonwealth and is renowned for its natural beauty.
